He is experienced in the treatment of injuries and conditions of the lower extremeties including arthritis, strains, sprains, fractures and plantar fasciitis. He is also specialized in foot and ankle reconstruction. He has published research on conditions such as ankle fractures and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction.

Dr. Fenn studied at Jefferson Medical Colledge in Philadelphia, PA earning his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1999. He studied at Albert Einstein Hospital during his Orthopedic Surgery Residency then at Harvard Orthopedic Fellowship for his Foot & Ankle Fellowship.

Dr. Fenn is accredited by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
